If you are having trouble uploading photos for your property websites, there are easy steps you can take to fix the problem. The list below offers solutions for some of the most common photo problems.
Problem:
I cannot open the photo uploading tool (Fast Foto) or it closes immediately.
Solution:
Turn off the pop-up blocker on your web browser. You can choose to deactivate the pop-up blocker for only Single Property Sites so that you can upload photos.
SPS Tip: You may need to close out of your web browser and reopen it after the pop-up blocker has been deactivated.
Problem:
I can upload my photos, but they look very grainy and pixelated.
Solution:
Only upload high resolution photos for your property websites. For the best looking property websites, videos, and flyers, upload photos that are between 1000-1500 pixels wide.
Problem:
When I try to upload photos, the photo uploader (Fast Foto) seems to pause or get stuck.
Solution:
Press the refresh button on your web browser. If this does not work, close out of the screen and then try to open the page again. This can happen if you have certain anti-virus software installed on your computer.
